First Car rental is trash!!!

I rented a car last week from 1st Car rental. I was to rent the car for 4 days. At the time i was picking up the car i asked if i could return the car earlier. The ladies who attended to me told me that it means i will be charged for the number of days i used the car. I took the car on the terms of unlimited mileage. I returned the car a day earlier and instead of getting a reduced rate, i saw that my bill was excessive. Upon enquiry i was told that since i was returning the car a day earlier i forfeit the terms and conditions of unlimited mileage.

Nobody informed me prior to taking the car that if i returned the car earlier, i will forfeit the conditions of unlimited mileage. I have tried to take this up with them but was referred to their customer service system - no one to speak to.

I have re-iterated my point only to be told that the case is closed. They have charged me for the use of the car with excess kms despite that my booking was for unlimited mileage. As far as i am concerned this is **************** by 1st car rental. It is unacceptable behaviour and i am appalled by it.
