First Car Rental is definitely NOT number one!

If I could rate this company 0, I would. I made a booking via another account and when the booking voucher came to my email, I read the T's and C's only to discover that we cannot use our corporate card to book for employees as this is not same name as the renter. I offered to do an EFT but this was met with a negative response. The operator was degrading and rude with little interest in actually solving the issue. WHERE IS THE FINE PRINT ABOUT SAME CARD HOLDER AND RENTER< IN THE SAFAIR WEBSITE? Apparently, according to Lebo at the call centre, they didn't have "enough space"! No my issue!!! Deplorable booking process and even worse experience with your "customer service" centre.
