FIRST CAR RENTAL IS A MESS

I paid for a rental car online on the 25th of August for a September 6 pickup in their PE branch. On the 6th I arrived to pick the vehicle but was told that payment was not reflecting yet I showed them proof of payment which was also acknowledged on the 25th August. After about 30 minutes Darryn said they could pick up the payment and they had to reroute it to the PE branch. After waiting a further 10-15minutes that still had not been done and I gave up and left. First car rental messed up my travel plans despite all the planning ahead and payments I made to make my trip as hassle free as possible.
