I booked return flights form Cape Town to Johannesburg with FlySafair, their website prompted me to book a car for the trip through their partnership with First Car Rental which i did using a company credit card registered under my name. When I arrived in JHB on the 13/05/2019 and went to pick up the car at First Car Rental, they cancelled the booking as they couldn't take a company credit card (the same credit card I used to book the car and the flights). They did not process my deposit back to me, I was left stranded. I have now, after 4 days received an email with statement and 10% charge for cancelling. They decided to cancel the booking, not me. I found this very stupid and ******** act of making money. I had to go to the car rental company next door, who accepted the the Credit Card. These are ****** and i don't know why Flysafair is associating themselves with such ******. I never had a problem with Flysafair but soon you will loose customers due to these ****** (First Car Rental) associated with you.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK A CAR WITH FIRST CAR RENTAL
