First Car Rental - DO NOT USE

Check the date and time, when you return your First Car Rental , as their branch staff book the vehicle in a couple hours later than returned, which could result in you being charged for an extra day. Once you raise a query via the 24-hour Call Centre: ***selecting Option 2 - Invoice Query, your edited comments are recorded on a database system and the process to query and refund you can approximately a week or longer. From a customer service point of view, this is uncalled for and extremely poor service provision. Will not be using "First Car Rental" ever again !!
