First Car Rental - Dishonest

Please be aware when renting a vehicle from First Car Rental - they are not honest! Each time I rent a vehicle I take photos of the vehicle before and on return! After I returned the vehicle, First Car Rental debited my credit card with R1575 without any explanation! Upon enquiring, they said that the windscreen was cracked and that is it! They eventually produced an invoice for a new windscreen for R977.50! Their check sheet is altered and definitely not the one I signed since their is no signature on it! Be very careful and vigilant when renting from them!
