First Car Rental comes last with service!

Car rental arranged by my insurer with first car rental. Ludicrous “handling fee” charged by them on fines as an “administration fee”. Not included on any of the signed docs making up the contract. After investigation, the only feedback received is that the detail is included on their website under “FAQ’s” which no one bothered directing me to nor informing me of at the signing of the contract. Sent through numerous enquiries to Triska Swanepoel who is a sterling example of a keyboard warrior, who not only did NOT return a single phone call but also further ignored my email requests and handed over the invoice to attorneys during the time I was struggling to get feedback. Playing with my credit score for R400 disputed fee is clearly unimportant. Still awaiting feedback on that portion of my complaint which is yet to be acknowledged.
