First Car Rental

Not impressed! I booked car hire with First Car Rental on 9th January, and had to cancel by entire trip - including my reservation with them on the 13th January. In spite of receiving confirmation of my cancellation, I was charged for the rental on the 9th and as of the 29th January, have not received a refund.
