FIRST CAR RENTAL BIG ********

On the 14th of June I booked a car with an intention of travelling from Cape Town to Lady Frere ( approximately 1000 km) for 5 days. I explained to the service agent that I am travelling to Eastern Cape and I need unlimited kilometres. All was well, quotes were good and I accepted. The gentlemen printed and trusting that whatever conversation we had is reduced to paper. I returned the vehicle with no incident and after a week of waiting for the refund I decided to call them. Hell NO!! They shock me when they say I still owe them because I was only limited to drive 300km per day. ***** ***** OF THE HIGHEST DEVIL STANDARDS!!! YOUR LIES WILL EARN YOU FEW BUCS NOW, BUT IN THE LONG RUN YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE SHOP ONCE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOU ARE ********.
