First car rental

I was in an accident and rented a car through outsurance the company First car rental was suggested. I got two fines which I don't have a problem paying one fine was R400 and one R1500 First rental charges R400 per fine just to re route the fine to the traffic department the service I received was absolutely ********** I will never ever use them again and I will speak to outsurance regarding the service
