First Car Rental a *****

My insurance hired a car for me through this company and upon sending the car back they claim there’s tools missing. Car has been in my yard and Everytime I used it it has been at places where I normally go with my own vehicle. Been 4 years driving my car and no tools have ever been ****** now they claim there was a Jack and tools in the car. Very much impossible because the car needs to have been broken into or at a car wash for those to go missing and that is not the case
