FIRST CAR RENTAL ***0 : mr ***

I would like to enquire why does this company want to operate like a micky mouse show. My insurance rented me a car from them. The car was full of dents and not functioning well to the finishings though it showed its less than 10 000 km's. A typical example the carpets are off the rails, the central lock does not work in the morning and a whole lot of things. I went to a funeral the day before that car was due to be returned, I did not dispute that it could be someone scatched it when they drove out. Why do i need to be paying so much for a car that has so many dents? Do you want to fix the other dents at my expense? Allow me to take it to fix the scatch thats said to have been inspected when it was collected from me but not an arm and a leg showing that this can actually cover the access of fixing the whole car. Don't come with silly demands, I do not sit on the loo and take out more than 4k for a dent that can cost me way less if i have to take it to an independent panel beater, if it didn't have all those horrible dents then i would say you want to keep its value but why want to make money out of me when things are already so hard. Its disgusting to exploit consumers.
