First car bad poor service

Hi poor service with incorrect information explained to clients. My whole day and business was affected by this inconvenience of this company. All details they explained to me was incorrect and payments was taken from my card. I tried getting assistance from customer service they don't even get back to you and don't answer calls be careful of this company.
