Fine Handling Fees a MONEY MAKING SCHEME

The R280 fine handling fees charged are ridiculous and a mockery to your faithful customers.

I received a R500 and R150 fine totalling R650 yet your handling fees on the fines total R560 (R280x2)???????

What exactly do you have to handle on the fines for charging this fee?? We have to pay the fines ourselves so no clue as to which part of the process you handle?? Perhaps only for forwarding the email on to us that we received a fine?? That’s a lot of work.......

Its ridiculous that this is your standard policy and the public should be made aware of this money making scheme.
