Faulty courtesy car from First Car Rental

I received a faulty courtesy car after an accident and now I'm expected to pay more than R4000. They are indicating that I must pay R4000 access plus R850 fee. It is unfair for me because apparently they knew that the mirror is faulty. On the other hand I must as well pay R5000 access of the accident that occurred.
