extension query despute

I took a car from First car since july2015 to date, this car was due to be returned on the 22nd of september 2015, I received call the following day in the morning from the Mthatha branch saying the car is overdue,then I said I will deposit the funds and indeed I did so. I then recevied another call saying the transaction has declined, to my surprise I had to then deposit some funds again after that I told them that I will visit my bank to query this transaction because on my reciept the amount I deposited on the 23rd was showing as deducted by this company, yesterday i got the bank statement and yes indeed first car rental was paid on the 23rd, before I even got a chance to send the statement to the company I was told to return the car and that I'm blocked from the system,I decided to call Cindy Mcwilliams regional manager to explain my situation, she was rude,dismissive and just did not want to reason with me all she was saying just bring back my car,then I said to her release my deposit so that I can hire from another company she refused and I also said I won't bring back the car, she then said \**** you"and dropped the phone on me.Please this woman must be fired from her job."""
