Expensive experience

I originally booked the car for two days - was billed for 1 day and all the extra kilometers @R2/km which worked out a lot more. Customer service was very unhelpful to resolve this or change the charges. Also, there are a lot of hidden extra costs. Will NEVER use this company again.
