First Car Rental make money out of charging clients exorbitant amounts for minor scratches. They supply a quote and no repair invoice , nor proof that the damage was actually repaired. They quite happy to rent you a car full of scratches and dents. They refer you to a customer portal which does not answer your questions or supply the requested. Even visiting the branch manager does not help.
