Don't waste your time, money and effort of incompetence.

Best to stay clear of this branch. I've regularly used First Car Rental, Cape Town branch and had a pleasant experience each time.

However, the George branch will spoil your trip and leave you with a terrible experience.

I received a completely different vehicle as opposed to what was advertised. The said vehicle was falling apart, and the hand brake wasn't in working condition.

Management promised us they'd send another vehicle, which they never did. When we took the car back, no one could assist or help solve the problem.

After hours of frustration and promises that their manager, Tiaan, would be in contact to resolve the issue –I had to follow up multiple times to be fed more empty promises of a refund.

I am writing this review to spare someone else some valuable time, headaches and, honestly, a waste of hard-earned money. Don't ever use this branch.
