Don’t use 1st car rental

My partner rented a car at George Airport.She was going to drive as I was too tired.She did not have her physical card so I paid on mine.For me to pay I had to become a named driver for an extra R500.What a *******.The car was filthy dirty which on return they could not l deal with.The reason given for charging an extra R500 was the bank made them.
