DO NOT USE First Car Rental

My insurance hired a car from First Car Rental as a courtesy car, I paid the deposit and upon returning the car I was charged ridiculous amount for fuel even though I left the car with half tank of fuel. For a VW UP it cannot cost R401 to fill half a tank of fuel. When they showed the slip, it showed they collected the car at the panel beater (I don't know where else they went before going to the filling station) and then drove braamfontein to fill it there. I went back and forth with the complaints department with no satisfactory answer. Besides the etoll fees I was also charged for etoll admin fee, fuel admin, contract fee of which I don't what it is for. Save yourself the frustration by NOT booking a car with this company.
