Do not use First Car Rental!

This car rental company is horrible. Please never use it! I prepaid the whole car, and when I arrived I found out that I did not have my credit card. The staff was very unhelpful at the branch. However, it was still my own fault and I paid for a car I could not use. Though, what amazed me most was that I never got the deposit back, and I did not even use the car!!Currently I am still waiting for my deposit for weeks. Even after I called them they did not pay my deposit back. The staff of 'first car rental' promised me to pay it back, but I never received an amount.
