Do not use first car rental

Do not Rent from First Car Rental. unfortunately my car got into an accident a few weeks back and i had car rental under my insurance. The insurance company organized me a vehicle thru First car rental. I had the vehicle for about 3 weeks. one of the days i noticed a small tiny dent on the one side it must have been a dent from another vehicle door whilst the vehicle was parked as i had no idea where it came from.

Upon return which was 2 week ago i filled in the damage report. This week i started querying for my deposit with them which was R1300.00 they then said they were waiting for damage invoice. Today i received an invoice for R1400.00 to repair the tiniest little dent the paint of the vehicle was not even chipped. Not to mention they charged R600.00 for a damage admin... how do you justify a R600.00 admin fee?

This is **************** to say the least. They also helped themselves to just deducting the extra difference from my account without consent or agreement to the amount. im mostly upset about the R600.00 admin fee which also was not stated on the Terms and conditions. So basically they can just charge any admin fee amount they like??
