Do human beings still exist?

I understand that the insurance only pay for 30 days and that after 30 days the vehicle needs to go back, but have some kind of humanity in you. Please note that the SMS states "if you want to use the vehicle longer it will be on your own account". I wanted the vehicle for longer but then I was told by an employee they will send someone now to collect the vehicle. That after I told him that I still need the vehicle. The vehicle supp**** was also not the greatest. Doubt if it was even the correct class.
