Dissatisfied client by 1first car rental useless company n unprofessional

We rented a car from this useless, unprofessional and ******* company called 1first car rental. On the 27th Nov 20 to the 29th Nov, we returned the car perfectly n enquired on the date of their refund of our deposit. Their employee receiving the car at lenseria airport on the 29th around 17:30 pm said it takes 7 days but will be refunded with 5 days. Until now we still have not received back our R7k refund and we called their officer to find out what is the hold up? This unprofessional company said it has notified the bank to release the funds and when we call the bank (FNB) our bank tells me that the don't have any notifications or call from this useless company (1first car rental ) and it's now passed 7 days. I want to expose this useless car rental company for their unprofessionalism, their lack of follow up, their inconsistency that has cause inconvenience to my life. 1first car rental is useless to the core and don't use this company to rent out a car.
