Dishonest Victoria Mtsweni and extra charges on fuel without proof of how charges we made

This company is a ****. Before I return the car I refilled to full tank to an amount of R344 as the tank was not even half-empty. Car was dropped in Kayalami and operator had to drive to their midrand branch about 8km. I was then charged an extra R186.75 for fuel refill which they could not articulate how the derived to this charges.My other issues is how can we be sure can we be that the operator didn’t drive around before refill the car as they claim that although it may show as full tank, the say the full tank that we see is deceiving. Just not sure how this can be deceits every car will inform you that fuel is full when being refilled. I asked them to show me the Odo readings at the time of collection/ inspections but there still all this info is never available when requested. They also claim that this charges are audited 1st of which they couldn’t provide evidence of. Agent Victoria Mtsweni is the one dealing with the case. No escalation, she’s very dishonest and keep pulling me from pillar to post.
