Disgusting First Car Rental

Horrible experience with this company .Do not rent a car from them. Have waited over 11 days for my deposit which was 10500. They keep sending me from Pilar to post with excuses. Initially they said I should wait 3 days on the 11th day they telling me they have escalated the matter to the Bank. Still have not received my deposit.
