Discount not reflected on account

There was a discount offer in one of the Fly SafAir magazines where it was noted that passengers flying Saf Air could get a 25% discount on rentals upon presentation of the boarding ticket at the First Car Rental counter.<br> My discount was never processed and even though we listed a complaint on the First Car Rental Customer service address, we never received a response.
