Disappointed in the dishonesty

Disappointed to say the least .... I was given the car rental option on my insurance... When I had to return the car they called me at 9 to say the hired car needs to be dropped at the panel shop at 11 when I got to the panel shop nobody was there to collect the car I waited and by 11:30 i called the first car hire and they said just leave the car there when they eventually came to collect car the lady called me to ask why there’s a dent on the drivers side door I advised her that it is marked on the doc that they gave me and the person that delivered the car said they are aware of it... so it was received like that and she accepted what I said as per doc she had in front of her and advised they will pay my full refund back of 1300 When I got my deposit back they paid me a 160 short without any explanation.
