Deposit problem

If you choose to pay a R20,000 deposit instead of the standard R40,000, be aware that your original quote may increase by approximately 40%. In addition, an extra hold of around 23% of the original quote will be placed on your credit card as a refundable security amount.

In my case, the vehicle was returned in excellent condition and with a full tank. However, it has now been 8 days since the return, and I have yet to receive my deposit refund.
