Deposit Not Returned

The substantial deposit paid for the car (which was returned to Fiest Car Rental on the 24th of December 2023) has still not been released (by the 14th of January 2024). Be prepared to mail them constantly in an attempt to get your deposit back.

Also, we asked for a c****at for my child and when we got the car, no one working there knew how to install the c****at and they provided no manual. After we looked for the manual ourselves on Google (at midnight when we collected the car), we finally installed it ourselves.
