De*****ed by First Car Rental

I don't know why the isn't a negative rating system here, because I would give First Car Rental a -5! I am so disgusted with the conduct of this company and the pathetic service I received from them. I rented a car from First Car Rental in February 2018 for 12 days. They deducted a deposit of R4575, and they simply refuse to pay it back because they claim I returned the car with a chip on the windscreen, yet when I returned the car and inspection was conducted and I was not notified of any chip on the windscreen. I am being maliciously de*****ed by this company and I feel very disgusted by this behaviour.
