I was horrified and actually disgusted.

I booked a car via Safair online. I typed in my start and end destination, got a quote, accepted it and paid. However the 'confirmation' I received AFTER that suddenly added a R1000 one-way fee which was NEVER mentioned before. I was very careful to type in the correct start and end location and I checked the original quote very thoroughly. I can get another, much cheaper car where the one-way is clearly shown and the total is much less.

I phoned the PE branch tonight but they said they can’t help me at all and they put me through to central reservations which was closed.
