Deceit and poor experience.

They brought me a car that I didn't ask for and I let them know about it but they never changed it after promising to change it. They know their cars come with wheel caps but they never fasten them with cable ties so that you loose them and they take your deposit. I believe the do it on perpose as a money making scheme.

I needed a small car with good fuel consumption but they gave a car that was lazy and heavy on fuel.
