After a breakdown resulting in contaminated fuel being put in the car at an Ultra City, First car hire charged me over R15000 excess. They refuse to explain this ridiculous charge or consider a refund. It surely should be their responsibility to resolve this matter with Shell Ultra City. Disgusting treatment, never use First Car Hire!
