Credit deposit for car not returned

I paid a R3725 deposit. My rental amount was R925 and my outstanding petrol less than R200. So my total amount was R1125 and I should receive the remainder of my deposit of R2600 but have only received R1186. What is happening and where is my deposit?<br> <br> Also, I believe that the Durban branch should be put under full investigation. When I returned the car they wanted me to sign a form and pay R250 for a valet saying there was some beach sand on the bank seat , which I could not see with my naked eye. <br> <br> There is something very strange going on at this branch. Please can I have a full report and the return of money immediately. And I also want to know how you wish to compensate for the time taken to investigate this matter on my side?<br> <br> I was initially so happy with this company that I had planned to take you on as my business supplier for my film company , but now I cannot.
