Credit Card ***** and weak internal processes

When paying the deposit for my rental car, I provided First Car Rental with my credit card details. A few days later my credit card was used for Uber trip of over R550.00. When confronting First Car Rental about this, I was told their processes where followed and that that there is no other way they can use credit cards. This is terrible service. Blatant exposure of client information and weak internal processes and controls.
