Completely *********** Service

I’ve honestly never experienced service this poor from a rental company. When they delivered the car, they arrived an hour earlier than the agreed time without notifying me, which forced me to leave work unexpectedly and miss meetings. I tried to overlook that, but things got worse.

I booked the collection for 10:00 and they even phoned to confirm it. Yet when I was standing there waiting, no one arrived. When I called them, I was told the driver hadn’t even left because they “weren’t expecting” to pick up the car — even though they confirmed the appointment.

This level of disorganisation and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Completely fed up with the service I received. I will not be using this branch (Kempton Park) again and strongly recommend others think twice before doing so.
