Complete ****mers. They won't return your deposit at the end of the rental. I rented a car from them in Cape Town for two months. During that time, someone stole the spare wheel from the car. I received an official document about the theft from the police and submitted it to First Car Rental. The cost of the spare wheel was 1500R, but they took my entire deposit of 12000R. They don't respond to official inquiries. Under no circumstances should you rent a car from them.
