Complete incompetence

My Small Business LDV had a fender bender and wile the vehicle was at the body shop, my insurance rented an LDV from First Car Rental Port Elizabeth. What a terrible experience. 1. Delivered the LDV twice to the wrong address although they had the correct address. 2. contract in my employees name not mine 3. I have car rental cover for 60 days but from 30 days they demanded I return the vehicle. Eventually I retuned it before the long weekend although my vehicle is not ready yet. They collected the vehicle again from the wrong address!! Now instead of returning my deposit money to me that charged the rental to me and I receive an inv for the rental. How can a company ***** this up this bad with 1 client????
