Complaint

I booked a vehicle on the 19/04/2021 as I was going to arrive at East London Airport on 20/04/2021 I paid a deposit of R1788 using my Absa cheque card, upon my arrival on the 20/04/2021 I was told that my Absa Card is not working and I will not get assistance, my booking was cancelled and my money is not yet refunded to me,i need the refund as First Car Rental was not able to assist me.
