Cheating on one-way fee

I booked a hired car from a website called "CarTrawler". It is one of those websites you can see all the options from all the car-rental-companies. We wanted to rent a car from Cape Town International Airport and drop off the car at George Airport.

Most of the companies showed that they charge one-way fee, but it was clearly mentioned in the booking website, that there is no one-way fee with the cars from First Car Rental, that's why I chose First Car Rental in the first place.
You can see the voucher from below link.

http://www.cartrawler.com/res/voucher.php?resid=ZA***&email=***

If you go to the on-line voucher, and scroll down, you can see that the amount I paid through the booking website does NOT include the one-way fee, but the one-way fee is clearly shown as R 0.

(Compare this with other "not-included" items such as "Fuel" or "Additional distance")

I made a complaint to First Car Rental directly, but they say that the one-way fee was not included in what I paid, so they must charge. I protested that the amount of the one-way fee was R0 and in the booking websites, it clearly said that there is no one-way fee, but they simply say that R0 means we don't know how much we charge! How ridiculous! They charged R850, I feel cheated!
