CC Deposit still on hold after 21 days
Rented a car through a broker of which the supplier was First Car Rental. They charged my card with an amount of R7000 with a holding deposit. I returned the car on 7th Jan, and waited until 14 Jan to advise them, through their online complaint system, that they had not released the holding deposit. They forwarded me a copy of their letter addressed \to whom it may concern"";and to date still have had no further feedback. I do understand that they need the bank to release the \""on hold\"" funds"
