Car received is totally different!

Extremely dissatisfied with the recent car rental experience! Due to arriving late and the B&B owner waiting for my arrival, I felt compelled to accept the provided car. However, the discrepancy between the booked and received vehicle, coupled with the entire process, was extremely unpleasant.

I was shocked to be informed of a R15000 deposit requirement, which was not disclosed during the booking process. Additionally, I was coerced into purchasing hail insurance and an unknown charge totaling R3400, which was not communicated beforehand.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. I would appreciate a refund for the undisclosed charges and an explanation for the discrepancy between the booked and received vehicle.
