CAR ACCIDENT

#BlackFriday On the 8th of March, I was in a car accident, the driver book the car through First Car rental, he drove into the back of my car, nearly ****ing me and throwing me into oncoming traffic. He immediately got out and said it's his fault and that he has taken out insurance and that I would be paid in full. He said this to the police and two witnesses. I then called First Car Rental and they said they will not be paying me out. Indeed it was a #BlackFridayfor me. Now surely, these companies have 3rd party insurance and I'm convinced that this can not be the end of it. I was informed that they will not be paying me out or even compensate me. I have lost my car, I have severe injuries and needs knee surgery, my mum's wheelchair was destroyed in the accident. I know FIRST CAR RENTAL was not the driver and that they lost their car, but I lost everything.
