BOYCOTT FIRST CAR RENTAL

Our company was sponsoring an event in Kokstad where two of our ladies had to attend..<br> <br> Upon arrival at the First car rental office(our preferred supplier) at king sharka airport , the type of vehicle that was requested was not available (smilar situations had occurred in the past where Morne at first car rental had promised he would ensure this never happened again.. Famous last words)<br> <br> After almost an hour this issue was resolved.30 minutes outside port shepstone on the road to Kokstad the new vehicle broke down , calls to the support desk , was either unanswered or promises of someone will call you back where the order of the day. <br> <br> After almost 4 hours , the ladies, fearing for their safely abandoned the vehicle and travelled to Kokstad with people that where also attending the event .<br> <br> Almost 24 hours after the first incident there has not been any response from First car rental. To the point where the safely of their customers has not even been a consideration.<br> <br> I will strongly advise any company or individuals thinking about using this company .. Not to do so.<br>
