I rent a car through my company on a show and go policy that my company has with first car rental. I travel a distance and I feel safe in a vw polo as I have 1. Today there was no polo and I told Moloki from the car park who was helping me, that I don't mind waiting for 1, he also picked up on my previous rentals that I prefer the polo. He told me there was no polo and asked if I could wait to see wat comes in I had no problem waiting. He came back to me saying (and this blew my mind) \we are getting a polo for u from our sandton branch it will be here in 45min is that ok?\" I had no problem waiting for it. First car you have a great employee and u should take care of him. He is not the only 1 that gave me great service we also have Munaiwa and George who no longer works here.
