Billing / Incorrectly charged / Damages / I had no damages

I have been billed for windscreen chips despite the chips being there and being reported by me online on the evening of collection once I had arrived at my accommodation. No one came to inspect the car with me on collection and it was not noted on the sheet but it should have been and had someone come with me to inspect the vehicle we would have identified the issue and amended the take on form. It is not fair that I should have to pay for damage that I did not cause.
