Billed for extras that I paid cash
I rented a car from First Car Rental, the company that I usually used, but will no longer use going forward. I went through a toll gate and chose the manual payment lane. I paid cash, but was billed by the company. I queried this, and asked them to provide proof that I went through a etoll lane, which they refused to do. Their bad attitude in handling a R10 query, which is only about a principle, will cost them a lot more. Rather use Avis next time, a lot more professional
