billed for eTolls and cannot complain

FCR have slipped in an eToll charge for admin that was not disclosed up front. It is in an area where there are no eTolls and no eToll charges were incurred.<br> This is just a cheap shot at scoring an extra R13 from every customer who uses them. There is enough pain around eTolls without this added insult.<br> When I emailed them they direct me to a web page to log a complaint query - it doesn't work, you are unable to log the query (cannot enter the category so the web page won't submit). This is not the first time.<br> They have no other email contact details on their web page.<br> This is pathetic.
